Colhayne Cottages give you a perfect country retreat where you can really relax. They stand in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with wonderful views across fields and woods in the Axe valley. Excellent for a couple or a small family each cottage sleeps four people. You can enjoy the quiet of the countryside and yet be only a short distance from the A35 if you want to go out and about to visit the local towns or the spectacular Jurassic coastline just a short distance away. Enjoy a slower pace of life in the well-fitted out cottage. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen, fully centrally heated and walk in shower. Another bonus is that all the bed linen and towels are included in the price. They also have a colour TV and DVD player, although with the lovely countryside surrounding the property I’m not sure if you’ll even want to watch television. Stroll down from the cottages and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Umborne Brook. Depending on the season you can enjoy an abundance of flowers, birds and animals including Kingfishers. If you don’t want to spend your holiday cooking then there are plenty of excellent places to eat out, be sure to try a cream tea while you’re here.
